Mia, the instructor, spots the nervous newcomer in a group session and sees all the tension he carries in his shoulders. Her pitch is simple: what he has needs private attention, one on one, with no audience. He admits he is not really built for this, and she tells him he is built just fine.

The twist comes when he mentions a wedding coming up and asks about flexibility and stamina. She answers that stamina is her specialty and books him in for sessions for just the two of them. Everyone here is an adult, and the first episode ends on a voice saying someone should not be doing this.

1. Episode 1 Mia opens a group session by introducing herself, then picks out the stiff, nervous newcomer. She tells him tension like his needs private attention, he mentions the wedding, and she agrees to book sessions for just the two of them. The episode ends with a warning that someone should stop.
2. Episode 2 Free with an account, this one picks up after the booking, with sessions the synopsis calls private and hands-on.
3. Episodes 3–5 The synopsis promises one-on-one sessions where bending is not the only skill put to the test, and nothing more specific than that.
