My Wife’s Stepmom Has One Rule!

No Locks, No Secrets, No Warning

Ryan arrives for day one at his wife Sienna’s family home, where, Sienna reminds him, nobody hides anything. Ten minutes in, he learns the rule belongs to Josie as well. Her stepmom greets him with an easy smile, an open-door policy and a way of making “relax” sound like an instruction.

The wife is in on it. According to the synopsis, Sienna is the one who hands Ryan over to Josie tonight, blindfolded, so the tension comes from not knowing what the rest of the house expects of him. With open doors and no locks, privacy is the one thing nobody in the story has.
