Claimed by the Dragon Queen

A queen, a prisoner, new rules

Power starts out entirely on one side. Queen Veyra rules, and Ethan, a prisoner, has been taken as her newest plaything, a role meant to humble him.

The hook is the reversal. Instead of breaking, Ethan starts rewriting the rules, and the rules in question are personal, political and dynastic at once: her bed, her court and her bloodline. That blend of intimacy and palace intrigue is why it sits in our fantasy collection, and why it reads as a contest of wills. Sex scenes and nudity are part of it, so it is for adults.

3. Episodes 3–5 The last three carry the rewriting of the rules across her bed, her court and her bloodline, and they are the ones that cost tokens.

For readers who like a power reversal

This is for viewers who want fantasy royalty with a struggle for control at the center, not a romance on equal footing from the first scene. The limits are the short five-episode run and the cost of episodes 3 to 5. If you like the throne-room setting, browse our fantasy collection or start with Sworn to the Queen.
